Need to talk to someone?
Our support staff can be reached by phone during business hours. They will ask for your ticket number so be sure that you have opened a ticket prior to calling. Opening a ticket saves time by allowing us to capture information about your internet connection plus it creates a thread to document your issue in for any future interaction.
Do not call to ask what your password is. We cannot see your passwords. Even if we could, we wouldn’t give out that information over the phone. Your only option in the case of a forgotten password is to do a lost password recover from the login page. If you have trouble with that tool, open a ticket and someone will walk you through it.
