Ads for people ready to hire you

Google Ads is where we start. Other ad types such as ChatGPT and Meta can be used along with Google Ads when they belong. The goal is the same no matter which ad platform: to find people who are ready to hire you.

Who it's for

Local businesses with an ads budget

This is for painting companies, plumbing companies, law practices, dental practices, and other services and professionals. We start with Google Ads. ChatGPT and Meta can be added when they belong.

If you already know what a good lead is worth, and you can answer the phone when it rings, this is what gets future clients with intention calling.

Fit check

  • A new client is worth enough, over the life of the relationship, that ads are an investment
  • $1,500 a month toward ads is not a hardship
  • You can give it time. Six months is not unreasonable before you judge it
  • You can answer when they get in touch
  • You want the people who will hire you, not traffic

How we get started

Building up to the ad

We talk about the work you do and who you want to hear from. We do the groundwork so your website is ready to receive and track those ads. That means landing pages on your website, tracking codes, and the rest of the setup. Then the ads run.

Step 1

We talk

We talk about the client you are trying to attract, the offer you are making, the budget, and where the ads are shown. The goal is to make an offer that will resonate with your target audience.

Step 2

Prepare the website and build the campaign

We get your website ready to receive and track the ads, and we build the campaign. That means landing pages on your website, tracking codes, and the ads themselves.

Step 3

Watch and adjust each week

Ads are launched and each week we look for wasted spend, better targeting, and overall ad performance, and we adjust to improve those. We are shooting for anything that will result in a higher return on every ad dollar spent.

What we do

We run the ads. You get the calls.

We bid on searches, but we do not bid on every search just because it mentions what you do. We look for the more intentional searches, because those are more likely to result in a sale. We build the campaigns around that and keep adjusting them. When the right person calls, you answer.

Focus

The right searches

Keywords, locations, and ad copy matched to what you do and where you serve — so you are not paying for the wrong clicks.

Tracking

Results you can see

We monitor the campaigns so we can see which ads make the phone ring. We keep the ads that work, remove the ones that do not, and try new ones as search volume permits.

Ongoing

Someone at the wheel

Budgets, bids, and search terms get watched. You get plain updates, not a dashboard dump. If you really want a dashboard, we can give you one.

The campaigns live in your account, not ours. On Google that is your Google Ads account. The same rule holds for ChatGPT or Meta: you pay the network, and you control the spend. If you stop working with us, you keep the account, the history, and the billing. The click goes to a page on your website, not a page we own. You do not need us in the middle to keep your ads running.

Two ad types

Local Services Ads vs Search ads

Both can put you in front of people who need a local pro. They work differently. We pick the one that fits your trade — or run both when it makes sense.

Local Services Ads

Google’s “hire a pro” listings

You show up in a special block when someone searches for a service Google covers, such as plumbers or lawyers. The call or the message happens on Google. It does not come to your website. Google charges per lead, and you need to meet their screening rules for your category.

Good when your trade is in Google’s LSA network and you want the contact to happen on Google, not on your website.

Search Ads

The familiar text ads on Google and others

Your ad appears above or below the free results when someone types a search. You pay when they click. The click lands on a page on your website. ChatGPT and Meta can be used along with these ads when they belong, and those clicks come to your website too.

Good when you need tighter control, cover searches LSA does not, or want the click to hit a page you own.
