SAARC Farce ends.

People in Colombo are sighing in relief. The SAARC farce has finally ended but don't be in a hurry to get home; roads may still be closed.
SAARC is a total nonevent the most ineffective regional grouping in the world. It's only going to get worse because it now has a new chairman. The man who is dragging Sri Lanka backwards will now try his hands at doing the same with SAARC.
