SIM cards and Cabinets

July 14, 2008

There are more than a hundred ministers in this government. If you add all their brains together you will end up with a piece of grey matter slightly smaller than a SIM card of a mobile phone.

The imbeciles who run this country have now decreed that CDMA phones can only be used at their registered addresses. And while mobile phones are getting slimmer day by day, those imbeciles have decreed that you much carry a wad of documents thicker than your mobile phone to prove that the phone and the SIM card inside it both belong to you.

They also say it will be illegal to lend someone your phone. That's right. So if you forget your phone at the office and asks a colleague to drop it by your house, he could be arrested at any one of the thousands of checkpoints to progress that dot the city.

No wonder we have such a serious terrorist problem and the crime rate is so high. The policemen have to spend all their time providing protection to the goons in parliament, chasing lovers out of parks, arresting people with unauthorised mobiles that they don't have any time to arrest terrorists or murderers.
