Yesterday was an exam day again. My MBA second semester is ending, and yesterday I did the paper for Organizational Behavior. No matter how many exams I sit for, I will never understand the reasoning behind closed book exams where you have to just dump content of the text book into the answer script.

This was one of them, there were five questions, related to a case study. it was closed book yet we were expected to summarize the theories that we would apply to analysis the case study. What's the use? No human resource manager or any other manager is going to quote paragraphs from an organizational behavior textbook at a collegue.
