Kollupitiya Traffic Snarl Up.

Yesterday's massive traffic snarl up wasn't because a member of the president's family or a minister was moving about and they had closed the roads for their protoection. No it was because their hired thugs, better known as the police had decided to implement a new traffic plan to save fuels. Thousands of liters of petrol and diesel were wasted yesterday in the ensuing mess.
