Suraweera Trading is the place to goto if your car air conditioning system needs to be repaired.

About three months ago the condenser fan on my E36 packed up. Instead of taking the car to Milroy as I usually do, I took it to the Suraweera Trading at Rajagiriya. No I have not lost faith in Milroy, my car still goes to his workshop for everything else (and everyone else) But by his own admission he isn't the expert when he comes to AC repairs.

Both of us had given up on the AC in my old E30. But the friend who bought it from me had no trouble getting it fixed at Suraweera (it did set him back by a large sum of money, but I discounted that figure from my selling price). So I had no hestitation sending the car to Suraweera when the condenser fan packed in.

Yesterday, the fan started to make a huge noise and the you could feel the compressor straining when the AC was switched on. Then the car stalled once while gear changing. So I went about my business yesterday with the AC of and drowning in sweat. Today I sent it back to Suraweera. Apparently there was a problem with the fan's electrical system. They replaced it free of charge. Didn't even charge for labour.

You cannot get better service anywhere elese. If your car air conditioner packs up the only place to goto is Suraweera.
