Few people were suprised when a thug Minister and his bunch of hired killers ran amok at Rupavahini corporation. This minister had previous assaulted people working for other media organizations but the government did nothing

This time too people of this country and more importantly the staff of Rupavahini realized that the government wouldn't take any action against this minister. So they took the law unto their own hands and beat him up. And telecast it live on the TV channel for good measure.

It is against the law to abuse state property. In fact it's a non bailable offence yet we don't see any minister being imprisoned for treating the property belonging to their ministry as their personal property. Yet we here that the police are trying to charge some of the media men for abusing state property for telecasting the fracas.

In the midst of this, we find that one of the men who lead the counter attack has been knifed. It will be a huge surprise if the assailant and the man who hired him ever stand trial.
