The Road heading towards the Kelani Bridge is normally closed at the Orugodawatte Junction at 10:00pm. Well this is one of the busiest intersections in the City but it's closure at 10:00pm has become normal event.

Today our beloved president's gotabaya Mahinda has decided to close the road at 8:00pm, His thinking probably goes like this: 'Murali broke the record for most number of test wickets today. So tommorow poeple will be talking about that rather than the road closure. So why not give it a try'

So why is the road closed anyway? Because the government has liberated the east. Yet this pathetic government cannot ensure the security of people living in it's capital. Then again, it is no less than what the people deserve.
