Sri Lanka It's Happening

The Cisco site does not list a reseller in Sri Lanka but there is a company named 'Ceylinco Cisco' in colombo. Interestingly there are two companies named Ceylinoc Cisco. One provides security service (not computer security, security guards). The other claims to sell Cisco products.

So I called them up to find out if they have the Cisco wireless IP phones in stock. The moron who answered the phone asked my name. Nothing wrong with that, next he asked me where I am calling from. I told him this is for home use. Then the moron wanted my address. I snapped at him and told him to give me a yes or no answer. He put me on hold for 30 seconds and then said no they don't have it.

I think when security guards at Ceylinco Cisco Securty want promotions they are moved Ceylinco Cisco Technology and work as salesmen or technicians.
