A land like no other.

The otherday, while stuck in heavy traffic, I so a well dressed lady in a Toyota hatch. Not too sure what the model was, but to me it was a real ladies car. The only trouble was that the lady was sitting in the back seat and the driver's position was occupied by her chauffer, a man.

Looking closer, I noticed a rosary had been hung on the rear view mirror. Attached to the rosary was a small cross. Good thing to, you need to have god with you when you are driving in Sri Lanka. You are never sure when your number might come up thanks to a wayside bomb. It's pretty much a lottery.

That's probably why this lady had two huge dice hanging on the rearview mirror right next to the cross. The cross was only about five centimeters in length and it was dwarfed by the dice which were at least two centimeters larger in each dimension.
