The Testament

June 17, 2005

Just finished reading the Testament by John Grisham. It's so hard to find a good book nowadays. The testament certainly starts of well but the rest of it is a big let down.

I haven't read the Holy Testament but I have read the Saadhu Testament and the Testament of Caspar Shultz. Both these books are way ahead.

As usual there wasn't anything else interesting to read around the house, to the credit of John Grisham the court room events are very well narated and the crooked lawyers he described might well have been imported into the novel from Colombo.

The only other passages of interest were about the Pantanal in brazil. What ever said and done John Grisham looks like someone who cares.
