Sri Lanka It's Happening

This old saying holds very true in Sri Lanka. Most politicians stick posters with their ugly faces (complete with a frown that is often mistaken for a smile) on every trash can, parapet wall and lamp post. Yet it's against the election laws.

The votesr elect many of them to parliament year in year out then in two shakes of a cows tail start accusing them of bribery and corruption. So why vote for them in the first place?
