"Dismissing a remark by UPFA frontliner Anura Bandaranaike that he would stake a claim to the Presidency at the next elections, President Chandrika Kumaratunga last night assured the business community that the Executive Presidency would be abolished if the UPFA was elected to office at the April 2 polls."

Unlike here brother, the president has been very consistent, she has been promising this for 10 years.
